Hello,I've been in the home health business for 25yrs. I'm comfortable and familiar with every aspect of care giving . I've never met a stranger a day in my life,I can get along with anyone. I'm a quick study and welcome learning something new everyday.

I am Tiffany Wampler! I'm 20 years old, and a full time college student. I have always had a dream to care for/treat patients. I have worked in the nursing field since I was old enough to have a job. I work 2 years in the nursing home and decided to go to home health when I moved for college. I enjoy being the patients person, when they are felling down and out I want to be the one to give them a reason to smile. I am most proud of my personal skills, I have never met a stranger and have been described as selfless and genuine.

I am naturally dependable, compassionate and trustworthy and very patient with others. I am able to perform complex medical task, supervise patients, make decisions, solve problems, provide emotional support/comfort and coordinate care. I enjoy working with people and enjoying having 1 on 1 interactions with others. I get to be a part of a new family. I make enormous difference in people's lives. I enjoy most about being a care giver is seeing smiling faces!! A personal achievement I am proud of is my resourcefulness, flexibility and determination, even with a difficult patient caregiving can be one of the most rewarding experiences in your life!

I believe what makes me a good caregiver. Is I have alot of patience, hard working, caring and down to earth. I decided to become a caregiver because I love helping others in need. I treat my clients as if they were apart of my family, which is with care and respect. Making my client laugh is my main goal. Laughter is good for the heart. It warmed my heart when a few clients I use to work with told me that they loved me for taking such good care of them. That reassured me that I achieved my goal taking care of them the best I can.

Im a very caring and empathic person who loves to take care of others. I've been in this line of work for 10 plus years. Im CPR certified. Im skilled in colostomy care as well as catheter care. I love learning new things and meeting new people. No challenge is to big to work through. I love to keep a poative mindset. I love providing a safe, caring enviroment and love and peace of mind for the family for those i take care of. I absolutely enjoy what I do it gives me enjoyment to bring joy and happiness to others

I am trustworthy, dependable, honest, caring, loving and most of all patient. I have been a caregiver for almost 15 years, I have worked with many clients over the years and I would have to say I still learn something new with each and every new client is why I do this. I enjoy getting to know the clients and seeing the happiness on their faces when the goals and achievements are met that they made. A personal achievement I made would be graduating college with my associates degree and maintaining a 4.0 GPA.

I have been a caregiver/CNA since 2010. I have worked in home health and in nursing homes. I helped my great grandfather when he became wheelchair bound in 2008 until he passed away I. 2016. I also help care for my great grandmother so she can remain home. I find being a caregiver and CNA a very rewarding job. Not only do I get to help someone but I always learn something new from healthcare to US history. Doing jobs like this requires building a relationship with them so they can trust you but feel safe. Since I am a certified CNA I do follow protocol and laws that come with it not just for my safety but also for the person I'm caring for.

I love being a caregiver because it gives me the ability to do things for them that they may not be able to do for themselves. I truly love helping others. Putting a smile on their face makes my day. I am caring, empathetic, and quick to learn. I have been around all ages and have seen & experienced many different disabilities or health conditions. I tend to be a fixer. I know majority of the patients are probably going to be terminal but personally, I believe everyone in life is considered terminal. I look at things as if we aren't going to get out alive, so let's 1. Meet the necessary needs for each patient. 2. Let them enjoy the life they have left here with the people they love & by doing the things they love. I think for the most part when you have a heart that's keen to the caregiving industry, the most enjoyable thing is getting to go home with a fulfilling, "I did good for someone who truthfully needed it" feeling. But most of all, there's no story like an old story. I love to listen to them, to take in as much as I can but making sure I still fulfill my professional expectations while doing so. My heart is kind and ready to help or do everything in my power to keep these patients happy. Being that I am only 24, I don't have a whole lot of personal achievements that I'm beyond ecstatic to share just yet. But I think in this moment, answering this question, my most proud achievement so far is overcoming the life that I chose for myself. Overcoming the toxic family, overcoming my own personal self doubts or self worth. To feel like enough is enough some days & to know I am worthy of this life, to know God has put me here to do his work so He can sit back and watch is an overwhelming, gracious humbleness.
