I am a great care giver because I care for my clients and make sure that they are well serviced and get the help they need. My only concern is to make sure my client is comfortable. I became a care giver because enjoyed working with children and the elderly. I strive to meet clients expectations.

I first became a Certified Nursing Assistant when I was 20 years old but, I quickly discovered that my career path lie more in Office Administration. When I lost my job in 2013, I decided to enter the health care arena once more but after sometime I became ill with Lyme disease and abruptly resign. I enjoyed looking after and getting to know my client and her family. Currently, I have taken a sabbatical from school but looking to rejoin in the fall of 2019 to continue my degree in Social Work/Social and Behavioral Science. I have an affinity for homeopathic medicines and sharing that knowledge with others in their wellness journey. I am compassionate, trustworthy, logical and reasonable. I have worked with adults and childern. I have always tooken care of my dad who is a diabetic. I have all my certifications (Frist Aid, CPR, ect.)

I became a caregiver because I enjoy taking care of people. I like caregiving because it give me a chance to help someone that's not able to fully care for themselves. because I love helping the elderly. its gets lonely when you do not have no one to talk to or to just sit and listen about the lives they had. I love hearing their stories about their time. That I respect hem as an human being and not as a child and that they have feelings also. I am very devoted in caring for the elderly and do my best and try to give them what they need at the time that they need it. Just to be a helping hand to them.

Being a caregiver is an amazing experience. I love to talk with my clients and know their preferences, they have to feel and be comfortable all the time, they deserve a quality of life. Some seniors likes to share their experiences of life, hearing their histories and sharing their clever thoughts is interesting, I remember my parents taking care of them, I learn to love them.

I was introduced to care giving at a very young age my mother worked at an assisting living I would go with her to work and help out , I would bond with the elderly a lot I had my own personal relationships with them and it was always a cozy experience , eventually I would became a caregiver for my grandmother at the age of 16 I would get my grandmother prepared ( personal care denture , cleaning , dressing assistance , breakfast) in the morning for her day program before I went to school , After school the task would be bathing , dinner prep , bed padding change , medication management. I love care giving the help and relief I 'm able to give to families , the bonds I'm able to build. I believe one day we will all need help we may be older we may not but if we do require help at anytime we would want someone to treat us with care and compassion , I would want someone to take great care of my parents if I wasn't able to !
