I started as a caregiver many years ago, due to taking care of my own family members! I love being a caregiver, weather it's being a companion or assisting my clients with there adl's! It brings me joy to be able to help others help themselves and it help them regain independence . My personal achievement is being able to bring love and encouragement to others! I am a mother of an extremely active 2 yr old son! He really keeps me on my toes!

I am proud to be apart of someone's life & being able to share my knowledge & guidance for those that need it the most. I enjoy meeting new people that later become family & proud that I have shared so much joy in peoples hearts as they did in mine.

I love helping people that can't or have trouble helping themselves. I became a care giver because when my grandmother got sick and needed help, I was there to help her. It was my first time taking care of the elderly and before long I was a pro at it. I loved the feeling of making someone feel better, so I became a caregiver. And, to this day I still love every minute of it.

I have worked at a nursing home for 3 and a half years now but am looking for a new job due to relocation to Des Plaines. I am not a certified CNA but I do have plenty of experience as a caregiver and daily living activities especially with Alzheimer's and dementia patients. I have flexible hours during the week, am able to work Monday-Friday at any time. Preferably morning shift but I can also do some nights. Weekends I am PRN at my nursing home job, but I could also pick up some weekends if needed.
